The early bird registration deadline is 14 MARCH, 2017. The registration has to be finalised and the money received by this date, in order to be eligible for the reduced fee.
The following items are included in the participant fee: Attendance at all sessions, programme, conference bag, coffee/tea in breaks during conference days, Welcome Reception at Bella Center on 14 May, Reception at Docken on 16 May and Banquet at Øksnehallen on 18 May.
LUNCHES: Please note that lunches are not included in the fee. All delegates must buy their own lunch. There are no restaurants or shops in the immediate area of the conference venue. Therefore, we advise all delegates to pre-order lunch boxes for each day. Please mark this in the registration process. Please consider also the information provided here.
The following items are included in the Companion fee: Welcome Reception at Bella Center on 14 May, Reception at Docken on 16 May and Banquet at Øksnehallen on 18 May. Coffee breaks are not included. Please advise the organisers if you are planning to bring children to the evening events.
Registration made later than 11 May, 2017 will be considered as on-site registration and consequently minor delays at the registration desk, in connection with issuing of documentation and settlement of accounts, must be anticipated.
Participants must register at the registration desk upon arrival to the Bella Center. Please remember to bring your confirmation of registration.

IMPORTANT: Please remember to state IPAC’17 and the participant’s name on all money transfers made to the Conference Secretariat.
If you have made a late payment, please bring copy of payment to the conference.
An official confirmation of registration will be e-mailed to the participant upon receipt of registration fees. Please remember to bring your proof of payment for presentation upon request.
It is your personal responsibility that all details such as address, booked events, number of tickets, hotel reservation, date of arrival and departure, etc. are in accordance to your wishes. We therefore strongly recommend that you read and check the confirmation of registration carefully to avoid errors. In the event of any errors in the confirmed, please contact participants [at] discongress [dot] com (DIS Congress Service) in writing.
Cancellations are accepted by e-mail only to the Registration Secretariat. Registration fees (less 220 DKK to cover administrative costs) will be refunded for cancellations up to March 14, 2017. Thereafter no refunds will be made. All refunds will be settled within 6 weeks after the conference. Refunds will be made by credit card or bank transfer, depending on the original payment method.
