Set-up and mounting/decoration of stands: The Exhibitors may build and arrange their stands on: Sunday 14 May 07:00 – 15:00 hrs.
All empties and tool boxes have to be removed from the aisles on Sunday at 15.00 – as cleaning of stands and aisles will start. For the same reason, exhibitors will be asked to leave the area at 15:00. You are welcome to return at 18:00.

Monday 15 May: 08:30 – 18:00
Tuesday 16 May: 08:30 – 18:00
Wednesday 17 May: 08:30 – 18:00

Booth Registration and Payments
Booth registrations are done through the IPAC’17 SPMS. After you've chosen a booth, you will be sent an invoice by email. Confirmation of booth reservation will be effective after payment, which must be received within 30 days after receipt of invoice.
Our preferred method of payment is wire transfer. For information on wire transfers, please see the payment instructions on your invoice after submitting the registration. If you wish to pay by credit card, please contact Peder Andersen (psa [at] discongress [dot] com).
50% of the total amount will be due as a confirmation of the reservation within 30 days of written confirmation or initial invoice. The remaining 50% will be due on or before February 1, 2017. If the exhibitor does not comply with these terms, the organisers may cancel the reserved space and rent it to another exhibitor without obligation to reimburse the deposit. All pricing is net.
