Copenhagen offers a wide variety of hotel accommodation in all categories. A large number of hotel rooms at different rates in different categories have been blocked for the time of the conference. The hotels are located in the vicinity of the conference venue or in the city center of Copenhagen. All are easily accessible by public transportation. Reservation
Participants who wish to book hotel accommodation should indicate the preferred hotel in the online hotel reservation form when they register for the conference.
If for some reason it is more convenient for you to book the hotel room after having registered for the conference it is still possible to book and achieve the favourable conference rate.

Wakeup Copenhagen in Borgergade opened in 2014 and offers modern and good-value accommodation in central Copenhagen, only 5 minutes’ walk from Kongens Nytorv with its Metro station, Nyhavn and the shopping street, Strøget. All 498 rooms have air-conditioning, flat-screen TV, small work desk and bathroom with shower. Please note that all rooms have one 160 cm wide double bed and are non-smoking. CABINN Metro Hotel **

CABINN Metro is located within walking distance from the Bella Center and it is one of Denmark’s largest hotels with its 710 rooms. The hotel includes a 500 person breakfast café. All rooms have private bath with shower, television, telephone and an electric kettle with free tea and coffee. All standard rooms have bunk beds. The architecture of the building is created by the famous Polish-American architect Daniel Libeskind, who is also the architect behind the new project on Ground Zero in New York City. Free internet in all rooms. Smoking is not allowed inside the hotel.

Deposit, cancellation and changes
Reservations of hotel rooms must be backed up by a deposit payment. The deposit serves as a guarantee to the hotel for the first night and will be deducted from the participants’ hotel bill upon check-out. ALL REMAINING NIGHTS ARE TO BE PAID AT THE HOTEL UPON ARRIVAL.
In case of cancellation or changes before February 24 the deposit will be refunded, between February 24 and April 28 the deposit will only be refunded if DIS Congress Service is able to allocate the cancelled room-nights to another guest. After April 28 no refund of hotel deposit will be made.
Please note that in case of cancellation all hotels are legally authorized to charge the entire stay as booked by the customer also in case of no-show.
All changes must be made to DIS Congress Service in writing (e-mail address above) and not to the hotel. All bookings will be made on a first-come first served basis after receipt of hotel deposit, as long as DIS has rooms available.
