Terms and conditions
Cancellations are accepted by e-mail only to the Registration Secretariat. Registration fees (less 220 DKK to cover administrative costs) will be refunded for cancellations up to March 14, 2017. Thereafter no refunds will be made. All refunds will be settled within 6 weeks after the conference. Refunds will be made by credit card or bank transfer, depending on the original payment method.
The conference organisers shall not be liable to refund of fees or for any other penalty should the event be cancelled due to events such as war, fire, flood, earthquake, embargoes, blockades, strikes, riots, governmental interference, industrial action, tempest, accident, civil disturbance or any other cause whatsoever beyond their reasonable control.
The attendance of the IPAC Conference is at your own risk. The organizers are not liable for damages and/or losses of any kind which may be incurred by the conference delegates or by any other individuals accompanying them, both during the official activities as well as going to/from the conference. Delegates are responsible for their own travel and belongings.
Registration fees do not include personal travel insurance of any kind. We strongly recommend that, when registering for the Conference and making travel arrangements, a travel insurance policy be taken out to cover any loss of property, cancellation, medical costs, etc. The Conference Organizers do not take responsibility for any delegate failing to insure their travel and attendance.
